I just happened to check the tracker again this evening. Could it possibly be happening? I've heard nothing from Ford or the dealer yet.

I took most of the day off to bolt crap to it. There’s all kinds of cool features I’m learning about it, and still plenty of stuff I can’t figure out. It’s Alexa enabled, and I have it signed in to my a amazon acct. Trying to figure out how I can just tell Alexa to start the bronco from inside the house without grabbing the phone and opening the ford pass app (Lazy, I know). Also tried to make a short cut for Siri to do it, but that didn’t work either. There’s probably a way to do it. One thing I thought was cool is that in the little weather app, it will show you satellite type photos showing precipitation and stuff. And I have a daughter turning 16 in July, I noticed there’s a way to limit certain things for a particular key fob, so I can set one up where it won’t go over 70mph, or make it give extra reminders for stuff, etc. Probably won’t do it, that would be kinda dickish.

Had some issues getting Apple car play to work this morning, but it seems fine now even though I didn’t do anything. There’s definitely some stuff I’m gonna want to turn off with forscan, but that shit makes me nervous.

The green looks nice, I’m happy with it. Everyone seems to love it. I have gotten a couple compliments from random people. Apparently there were a ton of people who wanted to buy it while it was sitting on the lot yesterday, even before it got washed. Honestly though, it’s got more gold in it than I would like. It doesn’t really look anything at all like the green from the build and price tool. If I had a chance to see all the colors in person, I think I would have gone with the velocity blue or maybe the hot pepper red, but I’ve never cared much about vehicle colors anyway. This is the first vehicle I’ve ever ordered exactly how I want it. When I’ve picked something off the lot, I am more concerned about the features than the color.

One thing I was disappointed about (not that it was a surprise) is that they didn’t offer ventilated seats. It’s not like it’s a huge luxury anymore, and with as much tech crap as it has with the lux package, seems like they could have added ventilated seats. I do like the interior colors on the wildtrak. There seem to be a lot of people who shit on it here on b6g, but I like it better than any of the other options.

I can’t wait to get it out on some trails, and I’m looking forward to getting its “new shoes”, they should get here in about a week.

You can schedule a start ahead of time in your Ford pass app. You can make it automatically repeat on certain days, weekdays or everyday as long as you drive it once every 24 hours. I'm going to have to investigate having Alexa start it. I make her turn the lights on in my house from the Bronco hahaha.

Between car play, the Alexa enabled stuff, and just the regular stuff on the nav screen, it seems like there are so many different ways to do the same thing. I’m trying to figure out which path I like best to do what I’m trying to do..

Im just glad I figured out how to make it stop asking me to check for any babies in the back seat every time I shut it off.

I hope you have already emailed the dealer or call as soon as they open. I never received any notifications/emails besides the tracker. And pics are a must!

Checking out some other threads - tons of people had their estimated delivery date change overnight, most into May 2022. There are major problems jamming up some of these build weeks, ours included. Ford has a shit show on their hands.

Wouldn't they already know the car is delivered? They only have 3 new cars on the lot, you'd think they'd notice a new Bronco showing up.

Called hotline and got through immediately, she took my VIN, said "went into production 12/22, completed on 1/03, waited on QC, and now i'm showing it as waiting for a microchip and they adjusted the ETA to Feb6-12". Seems promising for once, and she was very helpful

Wouldn't they already know the car is delivered? They only have 3 new cars on the lot, you'd think they'd notice a new Bronco showing up.

I’d call. I know my dealer wasn’t great about contacting me. Even if they need a day to get it ready, you’ll know it’s there.

I just got off the phone with the hotline, got through immediately as well. Unfortunately didn't get any help just told me i was in production and edd is 2/10...yeah right

I certainly listened for her name and i know it wasn't karen, she had a slight accent (southern perhaps?) and sounded 30s/40s. She can be added to the decent hotline people list

My salesman saw the truck pull in the night before and did not think it was mine until he saw my email. Plus I don’t trust other people often….

Okay, okay, I'll start with an email and see how that goes. I've already been bugging them enough with my frustration at the delivery time.

My estimated delivery date jumped from 02/04 to 02/23. I wonder if that's how long they expect it to take to remove the snow?

At least it wasn't May like some others have seen.
