02/28/22 Build Week Thread

True…I can also count on one hand how many official emails from Ford I’ve received regarding our build so I’ve just been relying on the back door link and I haven’t emailed our sales guy since getting our VIN and 2/21 build week on December 16th so this morning I sent him an email and am still waiting on a response back in regards to if there’s been movement on our date.

Interesting…I just called the Bronco customer support line and the girl said they have a production date but said she couldn’t give me that but that our dealer could so hopefully I hear back soon from our sales guy!

I was also shocked I didn’t have to wait an hour on hold! I got connected just after the automated message!

Did they transfer you to the Bronco marketing department or did the person answering the phone just tell you that?

I called the (800)392-3673 number and said “Bronco status” and then an automated thing came on and said something about a survey and then directly after the girl came on.

Got it to work on my desktop

After we input our info is it automatically saved? I don't see the save button is why I ask lol

Google Sheets saves automatically.

Odd, backdoor link has never shown a build date/week for me. Well, I guess it is not odd, nothing is normal with this whole experience.

My back door doesn’t show anything build week either. I got my first email that I was scheduled for 2/14 on 1/22. I was curious yesterday and called and they said my build week is 2/28, no email or anything though.

Like several others, I got moved from 2/21 to 2/28 (and will probably be moved again over the next few weeks). Entered my data on the spreadsheet: 2-door, 2.7L, Area 51, Big Bend to be delivered in Denver, CO. No email but got my VIN by calling Ford customer service.

I’m a Denver person too … hope to see your pony on the trails soon.

See the thing is, even though you told the automated system Bronco Status and someone then answered the phone, the past two times that happened to me as well. As soon as I start explaining to them that I am calling to check on the date for my Bronco they stop me and say, "please let me forward you to Bronco marketing".

FWIW. All I know is that they sure as shit know your build week if you have been assigned one. Did the lady ask you for your order number and sales code? Not suggesting you call back, just trying to be of assistance.

Back door link shows a build week of 2/28 for me.

Tracker doesn’t show anything other than an order.

My dealer tells me I’m scheduled for 3/2.

Back door link and tracker aren’t the same things and require different information but I’m at the gym and on my phone so I can’t add those easily. If no one else does I’ll add the two different links and explain in a few hours.

Same date I got (which I learned from my dealer on 1/25--but could have been out there for months for all I know). Maybe it's accurate then.
