Fabulous!! Congratulations...awesome, fun color!!
Right?? I LOVE the color!

I also sent the OCD list to my dealer, and they said they'll use it as well during their PDI! Though of course I'll still go over everything myself hahaha

Exactly. The trackers may all update on the same day, but some poor sucker is still going to be the last person to be able to bring their Bronco home.

Nah, I'm in for however the group decides to allocate the dubiously-named "winner".
I would just feel weird about it if said "winner" was the last with a tracker update, but a Bronco in their driveway before someone else whose tracker may have changed but whose Bronco still isn't even at their dealership.
It's not just the tracker updating. There are a subset of us with, "In Production", status. We have zero viz of why, what the issue is, or when we will be completely built. This absolutely SUCKS.

If anyone of us in this subset gets info that our Broncos are indeed built (tracker), in transit (railcar/convoy info) or delivered (dealer calls), then we are out of this dreaded Purgatory. Its not a prize i want to win, but i love the soothing and caring gesture; it does make this bearable.

I am super happy for all of the First Batchers who are beyond, In Production, status. I just hope those of us in, Purgatory, dont get forgotten like Dirt Mountain. 😢

If that were to happen, they'd automatically be taken out of the running. Anyone who receives a built status or their Bronco has been surprise delivered is out. I can put together a poll and post it here and get everyone's thoughts.
This is getting too far.

Okay, here's a google form to gather opinions on the parameters of the contest.

https://forms.gle/LnsrLnRm2cN2Fm7X7

As of now we're sticking with Built status on removing you from the running, along with a surprise delivery. I'd also say your dealer notifying you it's shipped would remove you, but that can get iffy considering "my dealer said." So maybe a rail car # or other confirmed evidence of shipment would be best to knock someone out of the running if all they have is their dealer's word.
I voted...but don't really feel strongly about it either way. (Luckily I won't be winning)

This is what I was thinking also. The last person out of "In Production" status may be near MAP and get their Bronco delivered weeks before someone on the West coast for example who has a 1 - 2 week train ride and 1+ week railyard wait before delivery.

Not a big deal either way, just my .02

It is turning into a cluster, but I'd still like to get everyone's opinions in case there's a strong feeling either way. I'm inclined to leave it at "built" status.

It’s here! Nothing updated so I had no idea it arrived this morning. I’ll get to pick it up tomorrow afternoon.

Love these! Let's all do a lil "Show and Tell" of things that we have purchased for the Broncos we don't have yet!!

I definitely have several things sitting around my garage waiting lol. Off the top of my head: hood struts, soft top lift assist struts, stubby antenna, Stickerfab goodies, a Bad Bronco emblem, a center console organizer, and some fabric grab handles that are preordered byt not shipped.
Script Bronco badge, stubby antenna, black lugs and wheel locks, Oracle backlit BRONCO in Amber. I also have the M&R fog lights in my cart, as well as the JCR tailgate table and the Toplift Pro removal tool.

Oh, and the GCPA Tie-downs. I have those too...

I mean I don't care too strongly either way either. I'm not trying to make it easier for one person to win over another. I see both sides, but ultimately, it sucks the most for the last person to get their butt in their Bronco - whatever the reason, haha.

Well, tomorrow marks a week since taking delivery and my wife loves her Bronco. She had some pretty awesome Jeeps over the past 10 years, but the Bronco is so much more her style and she loves the road manors with the IFS compared the the SFA on the Jeeps.

Parts are starting to come in …. But I need to keep it to her approval (I learned my lesson on her last Jeep Rubicon 😳). So far either ordered, delivered, scheduled, or in process…..

- BFN Painted Door Handles
- Rear Cargo Liner
- Rocker Trail Armor
- Tailgate Folding Table (Molle bags from her Jeep will work with this)
- AutoStop Eliminator
- OCD 12” Screen Protector
- Bronco Script Badges
- Tint
- Full XPEL wrap
- Ceramic Coating of Wheels
- Krown Spray

….and who knows , whatever else will grab my attention coming up…..

Update: The dealer protection package is a Non-negotiable and if I don't get it, I don't get my vehicle. So that's nice. thanks @Ford Motor Company for letting dealers do this kinda stuff.

How much is it?

My dealer has a 299 or 399$ "Protection Package" that includes ppf in a few areas and the Ford Surface Protect warranty that is also mandatory on all their new vehicles. I was told about it up front however, and it was something I was okay with. Sucks they did not tell you though.
