I ordered a couple of aluminum mounts for the BYOD rail so I could mount my iPhone and take video. Looks like I need to work on stability. The rail and mounts look great at least 
It looks fine in Timelapse mode, but the second half of this video shows how shaky it is with real time video
Iāve noticed in the forums that the BYOD rail is supposed to ship with double-sided tape on each end but mine didnāt have it. Iām going to add that and see if it helps with some of the rail rolling/twisting that Iām seeing. From what I can see so far, the center screw mount in the dashboard also has some give which is causing the rail to rotate.
