My daughter came down with some laryngitis today, so with my luck my Bronco will be delivered today but she is unwell so I can't drag her out to the dealership >.<

Agree wholeheartedly.I am a Project Manager by profession with a really good understanding of Change Management and apparently Ford could use some help regarding Communications, Process Improvement and Change Management.
I was completely irate yesterday when for no apparent reason and with no notification my estimated delivery date was changed from 2/1 to 2/13 (yes a Sunday). Today during my normal PC start up I saw that my status had changed to Built on 1/26. Had Ford only changed the status from "In Production" to "Built" first and then changed the estimated delivery date I would have translated that into a good thing because there was positive progress then the bad news on delayed delivery.
This slight change in process would greatly reduce the stress felt by so many of their customers who are caught up in a rotten order, build and deliver process. This doesn't help the Purgatory Party folks but if Ford took a few hours to think about how to improve their processes and communications they could reduce the stress level of many if not all of their customers by simply communicating at the correct times and more often than they do now.
Ford are you listening? Do you care?

but there is hope!!! Based on when it was dispatched and when it flipped to "delivered"- they definitely drove straight here with no stops! If you're out east do a drive by for me ;-) My hubs is in New Albany today and is going to try to swing by. Dealer said he'll try to get a few pics to me...fingers crossed! You're my neighbor! Gotcha. Yeah I remember seeing someone mention their backdoor tracker never updated. I'll choose to believe the pizza tracker.Mine looks the sameBut throughout this wonderful experience I have seen a few times where they aren't in sync and for the sake of my mental health I am only seeing the positive right now

Based on that system, my dealer has received three Broncos since Friday but yet mine is stranded in the MAP lotI signed up for the United Road delivery tracking, then signed in to the OVISS account and saw there are 5 vehicles at my local train yard awaiting transport to my dealer as of 1/24.
I got an email from United Road this morning with a delivery reciept and got REALLY excited, thinking the 5 (including my bb) had made it to my dealership.
Nope. The reciept was for TWO vehicles, not all 5 (!!!), and one of them *was* a Bronco... but not my Bronco.
If bad luck didn't exist, I wouldn't have luck at all.
Mine is sitting at the rail yard 3 miles from my house. So close, yet so far. I have never been more tempted in my life to go fly my drone in what I'm sure is a no-fly zone for a little recon.Based on that system, my dealer has received three Broncos since Friday but yet mine is stranded in the MAP lot![]()
