The wait for ground transport is the next stage in this disorder.
And I've already been told by my dealer that the rail yard in El Mirage is taking a week or more to get it unloaded and shipped the last 90 miles. My guess is that it will arrive next Sat - the day we fly to FL for a week!

Hey Alvin - been lurking here for months and I noticed you ordered from Gullo. Are you dealing with Pedro? I've been pushed from 1/19 to 1/22 to 1/27 delivery now. I was a 12/21 blend.

I believe that we are on the same train. I have not checked as frequently for updates, but several stops at the same destinations & times. And once it hits the railyard we can obsess over how long it will take to make it to the dealership! From what I remember we can track convoy/truck, right?

I can never decide if I like the painted door handles and mirrors.....It's like when I see it, I like it, then I see the stock way, and I'm like "oh, that's nice contrast".

Literally change my mind day to day....just like I did with 2 door vs 4 door, and auto vs manual.....

only thing I never wavered on was hard top.
I like how the unpainted handles break it up, I was worried I wouldn't. I really don't even notice it at all. The mirrors I could care less. I wouldn't have wanted them body color, so wither they are black painted or not doesn't matter. Just my opinion.

I need to get something off my chest.
My Bronco will not see off road unless I drive it off swerving to miss something. My wallet can't stand it.
I admire you all who take a 50k vehicle and run it through rocks, and trees ect. I just can't do it.

Yea I think if I could change out for like $100 I’d do it

$500 is a lot

Quoting this for more visibility. I'll see how many have responded by tomorrow morning or so.
I'm in for those lost souls.

So this may be a dumb question but how does the timing of insurance work in situations like this…
If the Bronco comes in tomorrow will I not be able to pick it up until Monday because my insurance company isn’t open on weekends? I don’t want to start paying early but I don’t want to wait any longer than I have to. As of right now, I’m only insured on my wife’s vehicle.

A distraction for those of us still waiting..... explain your user icon. Is it an actual image of you? Some inside joke? Some I get and some I just constantly wonder about and it bugs me :). Mine is obviously of my soon to be picked up truck, lol (like that needed explaining). Okay, go.......
Mine is me, originally taken during a golf tournament. However, I think it’s a good representation of how impatient we all are, so I used it here.

Ford sent me this nice email this afternoon. Did I waste $40 putting gas in my truck when I could’ve been plugging it in all along‽‽!

Any interest on doing a group gift (booze?) for the last unfortunate soul to take delivery from our group? Stealing the idea from the poor dirt mountain folks.
Im in too.
