FAQ:
What is being done by Ford to manage the timing and production of the 2021 MY Bronco?
We are doing everything possible to ensure quality as we roll out the new Ford Bronco. To thank customers for their patience, we’ve also provided numerous customer satisfaction actions. These efforts have included:

  • Investing in Bronco parts supply chain, including the increased capacity of high-demand parts
  • Providing up to $1,100* worth of FordPass Reward points to use towards accessory purchases, like the fold-out tray table, door bags, roof racks, or some off-road lights, as a thank you for existing order holders (*eligibility based on customer’s order as of March 19, 2021). The full Bronco accessory catalog can be viewed here.
So that $1,100 is the 20,000 points for reserving before Dec 15th 2020 plus the 200,000 points (if you had a Mod top originally). It's just confusing on the checklist because those are already listed separately.

Immediately finishing typing my response to this - (like 30 seconds later) - Customer Service at my dealership calls me - and put in the 220K points - must have been reading my mind - but they are in there - proof that for sure - the dealer has to redeem these for you if you qualify for all the points - took here all of 15 seconds - done.

This thread is an absolute gold mine of information, huge kudos OP! I’m having my build week next week so fingers crossed I can use this in a month or so. It seems like those of you who brought this to your dealership, it went over well. I’d expect them to roll their eyes or think your were a bit much but I’m all in on the checklist! Anybody have a negative experience?

Here is a link to the OCD (Owners Delivery Checklist) that you can use/print-out when taking delivery of your new Bronco.

The items in this list, all reported by Bronco6g members, are mainly Quality & Manf issues that can be seen during your acceptance. Members have been providing this list to their Dealers to use during PDI, with favorable results.

Engine Performance/Failure, Airbag Recall, Ordering, Dealer Allotment issues or complaints are not on this list.

This is a Google Document. I update it frequently, so be sure to print/use it when you need it.

Thanks just printed it out to get ready and I'll update it before I head into the dealer

Something I dont see on this list that I recently found, the bolts that hold on the plastic shroud where the side airbags are, they are literally hand tightened, not a safety issue, but the bolts are loose, and I mean all of them are loose.

Have you read this is a repetitive issue with other owners?

Well, I thought I did ;-)
I searched the forum. So far, only you have reported loose fasteners common to the side airbags. If this becomes a repetitive issue, I will add it, for sure. Thnx for the heads up.

Hey @Cat, just wanted to say thank you again for putting this together! I took delivery 2 weeks ago today and sent your checklist over to my friend at the dealership to have their service department go through everything before I got there! They actually thanked me for the checklist and that they were going to use it going forward for all their bronco deliveries! I told them don't thank me, thank Bronco6g!

Might be a one-off, but check your glass is not scratched by transport. I did not see this on the showroom floor at night when I picked up, super obvious next day. Mine was bad in 3 places on driver side (sorry for lousy pic but camera wouldn't focus on it, these are tons of small scratches not just a dirty spot I promise!). Dealer is looking to either polish out or replace the glass.

Another thanks from me Kat. I used your list when inspecting my Bronco on Thursday.

Found some dimples in the hard top, and the top panel of the clamshell is misaligned.

Also the filler panel around the tailight was misaligned.
