Ten minutes on hold so far…they better have some good news for me! Finally talked to someone, I may be leaving purgatory!! My baby just passed QC but won’t be able to ship until 2/1 which was supposed to be my delivery date. So going on rail to DE I am not expecting it until probably Valentine’s Day or so.

They told you that you were in qc and then that you left qc?

I just followed the steps provided on https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/united-road-logistics-faq.33829/ and was able to see that while I thought we are in purgatory, mine is actually in California. We likely didn't receive ANY emails after our build week date email. So go follow those steps in the thread. I wish you all find your Broncos.

[UPDATE]: Called the dealership all excited and he bursted my bubble. He said thats where it will end up and I don't even have the Rail information yet. Its still at the factory! Oh Well... Purgatory Continues.................

Well, picking up speed now that it's out of IL. Departed La Plata, MO at 17:39. Only 1,700 miles to go!

My dealer warned me that there's at least a 1 week backup at the El Mirage train yard, so it may sit for a while before I get to pick it up. The irony is that El Mirage is actually much closer to me than Casa Grande.

Yep! She said you just passed QC but now have to wait for shipment which isn’t scheduled to 2/1. So my guess is, all of us in purgatory were/are sitting in QC.

Hmmm. Are they still open... I called yesterday... idk if I should call again until tomorrow... I think calling everyday would aggravate them hahaha

csx 800 number - if you have rail car number you should get same status info as me

Ugh that’s awful. Mine is making it’s way to Dixiana probably be there in about 2 days. I hope your baby gets released soon.

What does that mean it was flagged as hot due to covid? That’s weird if it was flagged specifically?

Sorry maybe I misspoke, but I mean there have been delays due to lack of workers having Covid. I was able get the Bronco marked as hot … basically priority once it’s unloaded from the train, so it gets placed on a truck quicker.

Mine too. I tried a friends VIN and it worked on my device. I think some dealers use this and some don’t.

This is what scares the crap out of me. A prolonged stay at a depot. Hope it gets out soon

Are you using a computer or mobile phone? I tried it using a mobile phone. Had to refresh the page twice to get the captcha. Then it appears nothings happened, but scroll down on the page and it will give you the next steps. Its not intuitive at all.
Let me know if that worked!

I got the Gear America UBER Shackles with the rubber isolators so they dont clang around.

Do you know your railcar number?

I do. When I call and do the automated thing it still says Clinton SC, but when I’ve talked to a human, they say it’s in Cayce SC and due for Dixiana that day … they said that last Friday and the same thing yesterday. So I’m baffled by the CSX 800 #. My inside source says it’s due to be unloaded at Dixiana Friday or Saturday.
