A note to those tracking on United. I have had better luck by logging out of the site before closing the window. For the most part, the 404 error went away.

They will not know how to track it. They are able to see the railcar though. That's all you need and then you can call CSX.My dealership doesn't know how to track the rail so I can't track it and the only way I new the delvery changed is the ford tracker

Tried with my laptop, phone, and tablet, no luck, but they’re all Apple products, so I tried with my buddy’s android phone and tablet, no luck there either. Once you do the search on your mobile device and you see your vin and location listed, on mobile there is an extra field for registering. I didnt see it on my PC browser. I was having a ton of issues with United Road, as well, so I just emailed them via the contact button on their website (crazy, I know). Their customer support got back to me within a couple of hours. Turns out United Road has no record attached to my VIN and said that that most likely means Ford is using a different carrier to get it from the rail yard to my dealership.
