Hopefully they are being legit and she has knowledge on the same information we discuss here at least to some degree. Giving the rail number to a customer is super simple and isn't a bother to them. My sales dude has Fridays and Mondays off, so maybe she was just off today and will be in tomorrow and shoot you the rail number and some info about the price protection. If anything, you can send her the direct link to Fords website about it.

So she emailed back today and said sorry my email went to her spam folder. Then said she didn’t know where my bronco was that she’d have to ask mgr to run a report? Can’t they just look on the computer? Person I spoke with last week said they didn’t give info out because they got burned when delivery took too long. AND that there are no rebates in reference to the price protection question I asked. So obviously she doesn’t know what’s going on. I emailed her back and explained the price protection and gave her a link to the faqs.

My palsapp updated this morning with destination and destination name but status still shows pending. All trackers are not showing shipped. Is it safe to say mine has shipped? Anyone with similar experience?

It shipped 2 days ago, on 1/13 at noon.

A 12/20 sibling is also going to NC and we both have our last stop in Columbus SC, and apparently their dealer told them that there is about a week long backlog at that location... so if that is accurate/still a thing, that will stink.

FORD was kind enough to update my shipping ETA from 1/15-1/21 now to 1/18-1/24....thats not what I wanted to see this morning FORD! still sitting in a built status on all trackers. Built since 1/9 with a blend of 1/6.

To those Rail Tracking Gurus, is there is BNSF Tracker via phone or online available?
The last transfer was to BNSF so maybe they will have more updates.
