Have y’all tried calling the customer service line? She was able to tell me exactly where my truck was after it was “built”.

The thing is, our trackers are not updating to built. They still show in production. So that's all cs tells me at least lol

Looks like I'm built and shipped, guess unicorn farts do exist. Now for the grueling crawl out to Connecticut.....decent problem to have.

I couldn't take it anymore so I called CS. The lady was super nice. She said mine was built (yay!) and is ready to ship but won't ship till January 29th with a delivery date of 2/4. Hard to believe it will be sitting there waiting for 2 weeks.

She said only a select few receive baby pics. I was very sad. Has anyone else heard that?
