My tracker just came back. No new info since last night, and the WS is still gone, but it’s still showing an EDD of 1/17, so that’s good!
Anyone with a 12/23 blend ( my actual production ended up being 1/04 ) received a built / shipped email or showing VITR? I haven’t received anything and I’m showing GRTA.

Last I checked (this morning) I was still showing PROD. 12/23 blend

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
and actually got the automated robot to understand.
Arrived at Clovis NM, last night at 6:29 PM

Also a 12/23 blend here. I have a 1/5 production date, but nothing else.
I'm a 12/22 blend and show in production as of 1/3. Ford customer service said I have a delivery window of 1/23-29, but all of the trackers just show in Production, not even built much less shipped. I'm hoping it's a tech issue, but not sure what to think and worried that I'm stuck in QC or something.

don't get your hopes up on that delivery window. They don't know anything more than you know. When you get built, that'll change, and when you get shipped, it'll change again. Pretend you don't even have it.

CSX tracking didn't work for my train car at all - only Norfolk Southern. Looks like the last time CSX had my specific rail car was mid October
