Random question, can you run the front 2 MIC top panels (in my case it will be a 2 door) with out the rear MIC top installed?

Have you considered a mesh top or does that let too much light in?Curious as well, Id like to run just the doors and front panels and remove the back half during the summer. My wife is irish/russian and has absolutely no melanin so shade is a must. Keeping the sun off while still getting that open air would be great.
Can somebody with a 2-door answer this? bumping for views
I got me one of those too...My wife is irish/russian and has absolutely no melanin so shade is a must. Keeping the sun off while still getting that open air would be great.
It will have to do if the panels dont work, but i also like the idea of the hard/waterproof top over my head as all kinds of things happen (wiper fluid, bird poop, etc) on the highway that i don't want on my head. But she might be part vampire as I think even the screen would let too much light in tbh.Have you considered a mesh top or does that let too much light in?
Would a C-clamp/vise grip style clamp be able to hold the back corners onto the frame? I don't have mine yet so i can't get the visual myself. It would only be connected at the windshield header as the back attaches to the rear roof sction - no rear roof, no rear attachment of front panels. Certainly would flap in the wind and eventually break the front attachment
Opposite, there iis someone on here who forgot to latch the front and their panel went sailing.
I got me one of those too...
