Just picked up - A few questions

Kinda amazed other than a full tank of FORD gas we were not given even 1 oil change or rear floor mats. Came with some chintzy front ones.
Is that what everyones experience has been? My 2019 Ranger and the 2020 Mustang came with oil changes at least and Floor mats. I will say in the dealers defense we did not have to pay over MSRP and the dealer did not add any "extras" on that were mandatory to purchase like many others do like when I bought my 2019 Ranger.

That seems like a low budget dealership/ experience. My rank was full, interior detailed, we check the oil, on site … even ran a diagnostic

Carpet and Rubber Mats came in mine, and a cargo liner as well. Dealer detailed it while I signed paperwork. Full tank of gas. Your dealer........sucks.

When one buys a BMW or Mini, they both come w/ three years or 36k miles of "free" service. And the dealer gives one a bit of swag, i.e. hat, insulated mug, etc. But don't think for one moment the cost of that stuff isn't included in the sale price. Nothing is free these days. Pay another $300 for your car and they'll give you an oil change and a hat.

This, and I honestly I was just happy that I got it for MSRP. To the moment I signed the final documents I was convinced they were going to spring something on me.
