Hello, I am brand new. I have just read several threads and discussions on people who have ordered their Broncos. I realize that I am in for a wait and I expected that but I am curious with the options that I went with, should I remove anything in order to increase my chances of a quicker return time?

And I know that no one can give me a 100% answer on how long until I am scheduled for production, but does anyone have a good guess? Order was placed December 8th, 2021. I am willing to remove any features that might slow down the production time and I just want to make sure I am doing that. :)

Order was placed December 8th. I have paid my deposit and have been sent an email confirmation, from Ford.
Also, does anyone know if a salesperson placed my order for me, how I would be able to log onto Ford.com to get updates? I made myself my own username and password, but wouldn't my order be under his username and password, since he placed the order for me?

Thank you for your help, in advance!

I believe the tow package is still a constraint. Are you a soft top or MIc?

The biggest constraint other than roof seems to be dealer allocation. Unfortunately, dealers tend to be either tight lipped or just guess when it comes to those numbers.

I received my big bend 2.3 sas mid in November and have loved it.. so enjoy the wait my bronco took since July 18th 2020 lol but i still feel its worth it at least you should be able to see some in person so you could change ur order if u wanted or needed to.

- In theory you are supposed to receive email status updates from Ford...some have, some have not.
- You mention that you paid your deposit, did you also get a sales agreement confirming what the price of the truck will be? Many horror stories of dealers adding substantial ADMs once the vehicle shows up.

Soft top. Should I remove the tow package and add it later?
FYI, there are several folks on this forum who are late-comers to the Bronco ordering system and miraculously have received (or are scheduled to receive) their Bronco ahead of all the others who ordered in 2020 or early 2021. If you want to get it sooner than later, consider the Big Bend 2.3L without the tow package. This seems to be the magic build.

It had a sticker price but I don’t have a signed agreement. Calling them now to get sales manager to send me one!

I was able to drive a 4 door big bend in Catus Grey with a soft top. Fell in love!

I would drop the tow package and maybe drop down to a 2.3. At that point you've got a good shot of getting picked up sooner rather than later

If you really want/need the tow package go-ahead and keep it. If your just planning a bike rack or cargo carrier the actual hitch can easily be added later. If you need the wiring for actually towing a trailer it may be worth keeping tow in your order...installing the wiring harness post build is by all accounts a PIA.

BTW, Big Bend soft top is very buildable, don't be surprised if you get your build date sooner than later.

ya i think the mid pack is a must, and the sas for me but not everyone needs it. I know it could have been built much sooner with out that option but its how I wanted it. I would not change anything just to get it sooner build it the way u want it

Has anyone been giving any indication of how much longer the 2.7’s are taking? I’m spoiled with my Tahoe LTZ V8, but I guess when you want a Bronco, beggars can’t be choosers. šŸ˜€
