22 Braptor w/35 package

My dealer is offerring me a position to buy a BRaptor. I recently put a order in for a 22 2dr Badlands and I am considering it. I was looking for peoples positions on what kind of investment it will be. May have to sell one to keep the other. I dont have an ADM on the Badlands but they are asking 5k ADM on the Raptor.

they have 4 other people that are interested in it once available to reserve but they seem to be more interested in a 37 package. They are just letting me have a space once they are available and that there will be an 5k ADM on it. which I am ok with since its going to be a limited production specialized vehicle. At least they are stating their mark up too. If I have to sell it to keep the 2 dr Im hoping it sells quick to recoupe investment.

right! I really wish it came in the 2dr.. thats why i will probably sell it If i can even get it . but if its amazing then I'll sell the 2dr

Spoke with 2 volume Ford dealers in the last week and both said the same thing. “No one knows if/when they will get any allocations for the Bronco Raptor”. If they can somehow get you something in writing confirming an allocation def ask for it, but don’t hold your breath.

At some point, not sure if it will be before or after the Bronco Raptor is delivered, the auto market is going to take a shit. Inflation will drive prices up/effectively driving wages down, interest rates will go up, and demand will drop. I wouldn’t plan on reselling anything for a profit 2-3 years down the road. Many people paying ADM or way too much for used cars are going to find themselves in a very bad spot with significant negative equity. I do think it will be mid 2023 before things normalize.

Without knowing what the MSRP is... Ah F it. Buy it and flip it if you can't afford it! LoL. You only live once!

I definitely see that its coming too.. its just getting the timing right. If I could receive it before the end of 22' Im thinking I can get out of it.. maybe with a small profit.

IMO, if they’re good on their word for a 5k adm on the Raptor, you should take it whether you plan on keeping it for a day or forever. The Bronco Sport has like 10k added and it’s selling like hotcakes.
Personally though, it’s not for me.
