Everyone should check this, i double checked mine after seeing someone skip ahead and sure enough the dealer never changed it from a 99 so I had been getting skipped in line. I called them and they reassured they had changed it. But then a few hours later I got an email from ford and got my VIN in the next scheduling. I could've been a December build date if they hadn't made that errorFor those still waiting to be scheduled, Have you verified with your dealer that your 2021 order has been resubmitted as a 2022 and isn't sitting as a priority 99?
My dealer had to submit it and update it from 99 to 19 for 2022.
She liedSo I just called Ford because I am my peak frustration level with waiting. I spoke to the marketing rep and explained that I was a Day 2 res holder and why have I not gotten a build date. She pulled up my information and said that they are still working through Day 1 holders right now and I should have a vin number and build date in 2 to 3 weeks!! She was extremely nice and understood my frustration level. So for all you Day 2 res holders, there is a glimmer of hope.
Hope works out for you like she says. As someone who spent 7 weeks trying to tranfer a reservation to another dealer before throwing in the towel, I don't believe anything they say. They're paid to be nice, sound concerned and keep up your interest. For seven weeks I heard "you should be hearing something in the next few days, your case number is still valid and I should hear something soon".So I just called Ford because I am my peak frustration level with waiting. Nope, my 2021 is scheduled to be built 12/20I guess I'm getting what might be one of the last 2021 models![]()
Doesn't splain why non reservation holders that ordered in the past couple months have build dates while res holders do not. All res holders should get Bronco before non res.So I just called Ford because I am my peak frustration level with waiting. Agreed, It does not make sense. I think the whole thing is a shit show and a luck of the draw. I am cautiously optimistic at best.Doesn't splain why non reservation holders that ordered in the past couple months have build dates while res holders do not. Congrats.Just refreshed the tracking page and I'm scheduled for week of 1/31!

7/23 Reservation. Non-Sas Badlands. Dropped the hardtop last month, have just about every other deadly sin except Paint Protection Film.

I agree as much as possible, but if you look at the people who are posting as "non" res holders they are pretty consistently black diamonds, 2.3L, and soft tops. I've only seen a limited # of examples of the higher trims, 2.7L, and I don't recall every seeing a MIC top which I believe is the true constraint to this day.Agreed, It does not make sense. I was getting nowhere with scheduling, so I dropped the MIC. Not sticking with the factory, going to add the Bestop aftermarket and see how it works out. Figure if it doesn't work, in a couple years I might just give a hardtop to myself as a Christmas present.Congrats.
I have a reservation date of 7/14. Was already going to be MY22 because I wanted BD with manual and SAS. But when mid was not added to BD options for MY22, I changed to BL with manual and mid and dropped SAS. Might've gotten mine now with AMB paint had I ordered this way from the start.
I dropped PPF, the mod bumper and brush guard/safari bar, but still have other sins including MIC top and tow package. Can't give up the hard top living in the Pacific NW. Too much rain and other foul weather. Still no schedule date. Hoping to get this before next summer.
Good points...I suppose I wish Ford simply prioritized res holders. So if they know removing constraint would definitely allow scheduling, call order holders with res and give option. Or if they see another coming up for scheduling with no res or later res, and they could contact the res holder and give them the option of removing constraint items and getting booked before the other. Would require a bit of work and attention by dealer but would show their commitment to res holders. Just not sure dealers would have transparency or ability to make something like this work.I agree as much as possible, but if you look at the people who are posting as "non" res holders they are pretty consistently black diamonds, 2.3L, and soft tops.
