They didn't call me to make my initial order...I had to call them and say - hey, can I come in and order? At that point, he said - we called, left a message. I asked which number - he had the correct number but I never got a call or a message.If there is money to be made they will call you.

I was on the verge of looking for a new dealer when I found out they converted my reservation to an order without my consent. I called them up and it got resolved real quick.I should have done that...probably would have found another dealer.
My issue is that the dealer is so close to home and convenient, the order process was very smooth. That's where the positive experience ends...trying to get any information at all is impossible.
