Just talked to the Bronco Customer Service again today and they said all they can do is provide information of saying you have a certificate or not, that is it.

Fascinating. Did they say that the two certificates were under one certificate number?Just talked to the Bronco Customer Service again today and they said all they can do is provide information of saying you have a certificate or not, that is it.
Thanks for sharing that. That’s great in how your dealer was accommodating. The Ford rep did suggest that I work it with my dealer, and I will, but, I agree that not all dealers will likely respond the same way. Especially if there is a chance Ford won’t reimburse them.I'll share my experience because I recently (3/24/23) took delivery of my Bronco...
Short version: Years ago, I had ordered 2 Broncos (don't ask). When Ford offered the cancel order for $2500, I canceled Bronco #2 (SAS BL) but kept Bronco #1 order (nonsas BL). My dealer, which was awesome, gave me the original Price Protect/Private Offer of $3200 and the $2500 right off the the sales price. They were the same Certificate Number, but I was given both. It seems unlikely most dealers will be so accommodating.
Toney and Farley’s email addresses do not workWhat a load of crap. They should of just said drop things or you may not get built, not offer moneys to change and then not make it available. That is clear bait and switch. Pretty dumb as people have the emails with all of the info directly from Ford to back them up. It appears as though the info on the Ford site about the program has been scrubbed. I just looked at my 1/20/23 email and the offer is pretty clear and labeled as the "23MY Bronco Order Modification Private Offer Program".
I would email the execs at the address listed on here. Hopefully you have time before delivery because it can take a bit for one of their people to get back to you. Usually someone does though if you approach them professionally without ranting. Surprised the media sites haven't picked up on this yet.
Another option would be to try and contact the regional rep but getting their contact info may be a bit of an issue.
Good luck to all.

They did not. They only see my 32006 certificate, nothing for the 32004 Program allowing for the purchase off the lot.Fascinating. Did they say that the two certificates were under one certificate number?
I see. At the time they announced it, canceling your order to get $2500 to buy another Ford off the lot was the most confusing aspect of the modification offer. I thought that if you canceled your original order then you gave up the price protection since it was tied to that order but got $2500 in return? In that scenario, what the customer service rep told me would make sense. However, how your new dealer was supposed to know that you had $2500 coming to you if you cancelled your original order was never very clear. They did not. They only see my 32006 certificate, nothing for the 32004 Program allowing for the purchase off the lot.
I talked to Customer Service and they referenced The MY Transition Private Offer as Program # 38644. The 23MY Modification Private Offer was Program # 32002.They did not. They only see my 32006 certificate, nothing for the 32004 Program allowing for the purchase off the lot.
Took delivery of my order #1 in Feb. I also had two orders. The dealer said he it wouldn't be possible to use the $2500 order cancellation from order #2 towards order #1. But, I instead modified order #2 to drop the sins and he was able to combine that offer with my $2695 MY Transition offer so I ended up at $5195 under sticker.I'll share my experience because I recently (3/24/23) took delivery of my Bronco...

Interesting, I cancelled my order and bought one off the lot, took two months but I got my $2500 check from Ford.I canceled my order in order to buy off a lot and get the $2,500 rebate…….Guess what????? I’ve been told that although I qualify, only program 32006 is generating, so all I can do is order a 2023 Ford vehicle to get the $2,500. The 32004 program certificate is not generating and Ford Customer Service doesn't know how to fix it. so I get nothing for canceling my order to buy a Bronco off the lot.
