California WTT: 4 Door Soft Top for Hard Top

Looking to trade my soft top for a hard top.
I actually don’t mind the soft top. It’s not as loud as I thought it would be.
But I don’t open it up and would rather get a rack set up on a hard top.

located in the Central Valley. about an hour and a half from the Bay Area.

Hate to burst your bubble but there isn't going to be anyone that will do that trade. Your best bet is an aftermarket hardtop like this:

Sheesh, wonder if any more affordable hard top options will come around. Granted it will be a while before I can afford or think about a bronco and will likely get one used, but something tells me soft tops will be most available for quite a while but I would like the option of putting a roof rack on as well.

Advanced Fiberglass top is $7200 with tax and shipping and the product doesn't even exist yet which is why there are no actual pictures available anywhere online - they don't even have a prototype yet so maybe they ship by oct-nov but that's not guaranteed.

If I were to sell my hard top it would be 10k minimum to cover the 7200 and have to deal with the inconveniences of not having a hard top.

I'm in Castro valley if you really want a hard top today. You can keep your soft top and sell it to someone looking for a soft top to help cover the cost.

I don't expect you to buy it, just providing my take on this topic as a hard top owner. If you really want one it is going to cost a lot currently.

Going a different route here but have you looked into ORU kayaks? I have 2 and they are amazing. Fits right int he trunk of my bronco.

Do not let guys like this scam you. 10k for a used hard top? As soon as ADV hard tops start arriving, these factory hardtops will be for sale more often for about 5 to 6k. I've already seen them on this website just in different states.

Don't fall victim to guys like this trying to take advantage of the short term scarcity.
