Even myself, the self proclaimed greatest driver ever, is capable of a mistake.
It’s a rainy evening we are headed to grab some takeout Chinese food. We‘re in my Integra Type S. I see a spot right out front along the curb and turn in so the wife can run in and not get too soaked. I line my driver side mirror with the Nissan pickup in front of me and hear the most god awful sound of Enkei wheel grinding against the granite edge of the sidewalk. My wife and daughter both looked at me, jaws dropped, ’oh my god I can’t believe you just did that’. Apparently the Type S is quite a bit wider than the Nissan Frontier. $250 and a little powder coat later and the rim is good as new. Even though I admitted I must be only human too they still remind of the incident.

All 4 of the cheap painted steel wheels on my 2016 Transit are blemish free.
