Yea but1, it’s NOT aerodynamic, it weighs 5000lbs, it’s 4wd, and it’s low gearing. Want to recalculate that number again?

Curious, seems weight of this truck is especially heavy? Is it normal ? Or is there another reason why so heavy ?

Im def calling bs on your 5.3 4dr 4x4 getting 24-26. I have a 2014 Sierra 4dr 5.3 2wd and I get 17-19mpg hwy. if you’re truly getting that? You’re doing 45mph on a 70mph interstate.

my 2014 5.3 with 33" tires gets 14 on a good day

You’re driving an LS based 5.3L, try an LT based where they actually designed the engine for CD and the engines have DI. Totally different engine designs.

On my trips to Memphis I regularly have a 100 mile stretch where the roads are flat and the speed limit is 65 where the truck edges over 30MPG. Typical Hwy is only 24-26 unfortunately.

Are you talking about the Sport or actual Bronco, the previous conversation was about the sport which is unibody and nothing like the Bronco.
