Weird, I am curious as to why you can't delay it then. From everything we have read says you can make changes up until you are assigned a VIN

I don’t think you’re crazy, Broncoman13. Everyone’s frustrated about the delays and issues. I took the leap and picked up a ‘15 Rubie that’s loaded to the gills. Great off roader and loads of fun. I haven’t canceled my order, but no way I’ll be getting my 4 door BD this year. More than likely I’ll flip the Jeep when/if my Bronco gets built, but in the meantime, this scratches an itch. Just an option to all the angst…

I've also got a 4dr Badlands fully loaded up....just purchased a 2020 Rubicon 3.0 Diesel that's fully loaded up....I will keep my Bronco on order and maybe own both timing is key.... Reservation within the first 4 hours, ordered early February...BL 4dr, MIC, LUX, Leather, BL Wheels, Tow Hitch.....ZERO COMMUNICATIONS from Ford with the exception of bogus emails loaded with excuses.

I ended up buying something else to take me through the winter and beyond. After consuming every detail of this truck for over a year, I've kind of moved on mentally. I don't even check in here B6G every day any more. I'm keeping my order just to have the option to buy the Bronco whenever it comes in. However, the chances of my new car splurge impulses overcoming my financial prudence in the face of $56k and 17 MPG are becoming less and less by the day. For the first time since July 2020, I feel like I may not take delivery whenever it finally arrives at my dealer.

I understand and this may have been said already. But have you tried to self build/order a 2 door jeep yet. Not sure any company is fulfilling orders to customers spects at moment. I’m hanging with this horse til the end. But i got a short bed single cab f-150 to make it easier.

I am so stressed out right now, between my bonus son moving out for college last weekend, my bonus daughter having a grad/bday/going away party next month in which I have to cook for 40+ people and after I have to move her from MN to Va, planning a destination wedding in Feb, and moving to CO, in which I'll probably move on the 1st of Sept, and my fiance will come in Nov, and throw on top of it I have no idea when my Bronco will get built (no VIN yet) I've thought about shit canning it and just getting a Ram or a Tundra, maybe a 4Runner...

But I know in the end I won't be happy.

I'll walk out every morning and see the beautiful mountains in the background, and a vehicle I didn't truly want in the driveway. I don't want to pay the same money every month for something I don't truly love. I've done it before, and I hated it. I've worked super hard to get where I am, and as selfish as it may sound, I'll be damned if I'm going to sell myself short and get something I don't want. That's why I won't change my order, despite having like 5 of the sins. Because I want what I want. This is only the 2nd time I've ever gotten to pick exactly what I want, despite driving cars for over 25 years.

About the only thing keeping me in the fight is that, and looking at all the aftermarket stuff that's coming out and thinking 'at least there will be a ton of stuff out by the time I get it, and I have a better choice of stuff'. Trying to stay as positive as I can, despite it being difficult.

And, I try to be thankful at least Im not one of you guys that has a lease thats up or is shitting out on me and I have to make a hard choice.

Keep your heads up...It can't rain every day!

Maybe Corporate has said "Enough!" To people pushing out (which might need up their production scheduling)?

Just curious as to how many of you are considering moving on from the Bronco?

Not going to lie I don't want to cancel my order but the more I see what's going on with quality issues and the delay getting worse I might walk soon.

Ive been without a vehicle for over 1 year now waiting for this. I really thought I'd have it by now or at least early Fall. It's now looking like we'll deep into 2022 and beyond. I'm a July 29th 2020 reservation.

I built a reserved a 2 door Basequatch in Velocity Blue.

I don't know if it's just because I'm going crazy or what but I've been looking hard into Jeeps. There's a lot I like about the Bronco better but there are some things about the Jeep I like better. And I have a feeling for 2022 Jeep will make some updates and offer more goodies to compete with Ford. I guess we'll see soon. One major thing I like better is the better color options. I really like Sarge Green. I also like Nacho and Gecko.

Like I said I don't want to cancel my order but I don't know how much longer I can wait. I might just say screw it and order me a 2022 2 door Jeep Willys. Seems like a nice little package. And I do like the way Jeep has more of a military look especially with the 2 door with Sarge Green.

I don't know. Am I crazy? Anyone else feeling this way? I know there's a lot of die hards here but this is crazy.
I had no choice and i love my new Rubicon.

Hey Broncoman13, I know exactly how you feel. I reserved 7/31/20 and my truck at that time was in okay shape. A couple months ago, it gave out and we had to make a decision. So a couple weeks ago I decided to buy a Rubicon and I have to say the 2021 JL's are bad ass! Put 37's before the lift and didn't Rub. I'm not here to pump up the Rubicons, matter of fact we are keeping the res for the Badlands to see what happens. I just couldn't wait any longer.

Come on Everyone! even if Jeep comes out with a 16" infotainment screen, independent front and rear suspension with 48" travel, 37" tires, 1200 Watt stereo 15 speakers w/2-12" subs, 6-rear Cup holders and 46 MPG popping corn all the way it is still a Freaking Jeep and we don't want the same old 1946 Jeepity Jeep Jeep Jeep, Beepity Beep Beep beep, Wave Wave Wave wave wave wave, We want a Bronco a 2021 (or) 2022 BRONCO that is different, better looking, more exciting and just plain cool as hell (YA THINK)

It's all gonna start happening Soon

There is no way I am Tapping out there is nothing better out there, it might take a while but we are all gonna be so Happy when it finally Arrives!!!

Common sense says Ford expected 99's from a huge number of people towards the end of the MY as they didn't want a built in December 2021 truck delivered in February 2022 instead of maybe a 2022 MY delivered in March 2022, especially with the claimed price freeze. Perhaps it started already and they don't want to deal with dropping numbers of buildible orders at end of MY. The real question is will they let the 99'ers back in instantly or will they force them to wait until the unfinished 2021 MY folks who did not choose to wait are built in 2022 (as 2022 models) or perhaps split the difference and make them wait out the rest of the quarter after they un-99, or the quarter after. Don't forget, Code 99 doesn't mean wait and build a 2022, it means don't build period.

I was pricing out Diesel Rubicons today too. I have a Diesel Grand Cherokee right now and minus the emissions recall stuff, its been pretty good to me - and you can't beat the mpg, torque and range.
