I have found them to be extemely disorganized, might be who I am dealing with, was assigned too after making reservation. But they don't seem to have many answers. I put my order in Jan 10, but they called me back to go over my order in early March said they needed to submit all of their orders they were waiting to do all customers at once? I got a confirmation on my order from Ford on March 6 it looks like. Did they screw this up?
