New to Forum, order date was 01/23/2021, I have a order number from the dealer which looks closer to an internal sales order number. I do have the sales order number F23463, Reservation number 10286725. Dealer claims ignorance and no sales info from Ford? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks...

You don't get a VIN until you're scheduled for production. At that point you'll receive an email from ford with your VIN. With such a late reservation and all the delays/constraints, it's my suspicion that you won't see it for a while.

Interesting, original registration was in June 2020, earliest notice was about three days after they announced. But thanks for the heads up as the dealer is oblivious.

Oh my bad, you ordered through the dealer in January, not reserved. But still, the rest of my comment is true, you'll get a VIN email from ford when it's scheduled for production. With the scheduling news of late, there is no telling when you will get your email. Hard top? Any other constraints in your build?

if you didn't reserve the first few days after the banks opened you're looking at late 22 or 23'. Best to start shopping dropped reservations.

Yes, I have the hardtop so following some of the forums, went with the base, Sasquatch and hardtop with the V6. Dealer really had limited info kinda wish at this point to upgrade to a higher trim but think I will be fine. Really like some of the retro decals that I'm seeing so getting anxious. Thanks again.
