    New to Forum, order date was 01/23/2021, I have a order number from the dealer which looks closer to an internal sales order number. I do have the sales order number F23463, Reservation number 10286725. Dealer claims ignorance and no sales info from Ford? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...
