I have to imagine that for every person that wants a new vehicle now, there is another not ready to buy until a year from now. At the same time showing the thing already would convince a lot of people to wait. I have friends and family who know I follow this closely, they constantly ask "when" and all I can say is "soon". Been saying that for like half a year....

I was thinking the driver's seat. I've seen what cops eat. After a year of seat time, that cushion is 78% air biscuit and 22% polyester.

How does Ford stay in business with a vehicle that is twice as expensive to manufacture then the completion, maybe this is a rhetorical question in light of Ford's poor finances but why is this?

1) Poor design for manufacturability?
2) Union Labor Costs?
3) US vs non-US production location?
