Ok, so don’t stone me, but I drive a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. And I HATE it. But it’s the car I needed when we had a kid and my husband was in school, it was cheap. And to be fair it did get us down 35 miles of the washboard Hole in the Rock road in escalante for backpacking among other things. But thanks (and by thanks I mean no thanks) to covid I’ve been getting plenty of overtime as a nurse so it’s time for a new, and waayyyyy more capable, vehicle.

I don't drive to work anymore, so I don't really consider either a "daily driver" (now working from home 100% of the time) but we own a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder and a 2015 Mazda6.

I have looked for a good FJ but the wife hated the door configuration, she also hated the JK's JL's and my Gladiator for getting in and out of the rear seat...I am hoping the Bronco is better so that I can get it outfitted for it's "pinstripes" and have some fun in Utah, Wyoming and Colorado...not much but mud here for us flatlanders...

Yes we are flat here but overall a good state to live! I love both CO and UT you also you mention Wyoming have you wheeled out there? I was thinking of trying it there but know very little about trails? Are there a lot of public trails?

Curious what everyone here is driving currently. I'm in a Ford Flex and been thinking of going to a higher SUV like the Explorer but would prefer something more rugged. Jeep has been on my radar but its crap reliability scares me.

'17 Wrangler Sahara. Bought it a year used, had to immediately replace the radiator (under warranty). Otherwise, no issues.
