that is exactly what happened to me....
(Badlands build) NO Tow Package and NO Sound Deadening Headliner.
Both omitted from the Ford Confirmation Summary.

So I'm not the only one....great! I'm not crazy.

Do you think this is specific to the Badlands build?

Which summary do you mean?

Tow is listed in my order doc that I posted earlier. In my email confirmation it is not listed.

I trust my dealer to have entered everything correctly in the system, so I interpret the email summary as just that... a summary with the major points.

It wouldn’t make sense for Ford to just remove items. Not only have they stated they’ll give you a delivery estimate with what options are delaying to let you decide whether you want to remove them... but also obviously if you want to pay money for things, Ford will want to take it.

Interesting that yours calls out Badlands with Lux Package and the high package on mine is just listed as 333A. Yours also calls out the the front bumper which is stock on badlands if I am not mistaken.

On my WBDO...evidently it lists: Mid, High and LUX package on the summary.
On the Confirmation it lists 334A which is the LUX package.

Still why they missed those (Tow & Headliner) options is a quandary?

Anyone else have this happen with their Badlands order?

My position is we shouldn’t be overthinking the emails. The ordering system and the email system are separate ... and the factory isn’t going up build your Bronco based on what the email says.

Go by your order printout, and if you’re nervous, call your dealer and have them confirm what’s actually included in the order.

Yes sir.

I had an early reservation, but I jumped on the Grangetober deal, which both lowered the cost and also afforded me more time to save a down payment.

I have the luxury of being able to drive my current vehicle as long as I need, so i figure if I’m going to replace it with something I really want, makes sense to go big and treat myself.
