Has anyone used the warranty for windshields replaced for stress cracks in the 12months/12,000 mile coverage?

Mine has a crack, but there is a very small chip. The shop foreman looked at it to see if it would be a warrantee replacement, but no such luck with the chip. No chip, and they would have replaced it. Doesn't really matter what you tell them, it has a chip that contributed to the crack or it doesn't.
