Why didn't anyone put it in 4low m.1 (or 4low crawler for the mt) and lock the front and rear different and let it crawl up the hill?

Everything about this was painful. Needs some heavy editing.
No one even filmed the recovery?!

"let me go check the water" - aren't you supposed to check it with something other than the grill of your vehicle? Doh !
We did actually poke at it with a stick... And hit the ice shelf under the water. Which was only inches deep 🤷

With the weather changing for the worst and no obvious way out, we were a little more concerned with survival. Lol
But thanks for your feedback...if you could elaborate on what could be better, I'd be grateful.
What you saw of the recovery was what we got. He ploughed the hill and we drove out of it 🤷
I know it's a little lengthy. I'll try better next time 👍

The biggest thing is the length. It has wayyyyy too much that doesn't help the overall story. There ideally should be a beginning where the story is set up, characters are established, etc, a middle where there is some event (good or bad) to be dealt with and an end where the event is resolved. Actually think it through before you start editing. Most everything else can be cut out. The sound was pretty bad, but whatever, you're not a pro and aren't going to easily soften or eliminate the wind noise when youre just whipping out the camera phone. People will understand. In some parts, the natural sound could be cut out and replaced with music or voiceover or even fake sound. The repeated back and forth editing of the splash was just too much. If anything, zoom in on that and only show it once. A little voiceover explaining some things might be helpful. It's a great day to have captured and while it sucks to get any damage, that makes for a great story to share. I'm sure you were just excited you got what you did and wanted to get it out there to us and others. Just a few thoughts. I still watched the whole thing, and it looks like you had a blast. Also, I'm not happy about being reminded about that kind of wintery weather ha ha . Winter is coming!

Thanks Scott... Appreciate it. Actually, the guy who's voice you hear thru most of it, he said it was too long. Lol
Yes, the wind noise is terrible, I agree.
And a lot of the scene cuts are lengthy, true...
The character intro was established... The two Bronco's! 👍
Mostly, we just failed to get better footage after the Hill attempts as the situation was looking dire. And lots didn't get filmed at the very end/recovery...
I have lots more in the works. I'll try to keep your advise in mind as I work them out 👍

obviously? obviously, you could see not all tires were spinning together with one another. Lockers were obviously not engaged when three tires sit still while one spins.

"Chonco" is a Black Diamond. You can see in one spot he tried the rear locker (no front locker).
In my Badlands, you can see in one instance where I buried up to the axles with all 4 wheels digging. That was fully locked.
Where you see my front wheels alternately turning back and forth, that was an attempt with the "Slippery" GOAT mode to see if the truck could figure out the traction situation. 👍
