Very small paint defect found -

A very small raised piece of paint was found on the top of the passenger side fender where it meets the hood next to the tie down bracket. Unfortunately, it was found by the guy doing my PPF wrap and at the tail end of the install. He thought it was dust that got caught up under the PPF. Turns out it was probably dust or some contaminant from the painting process. It's the only one and so unnoticeable that I told him to finish up the job and I'd live with it. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Yes, it was covered - but, if there weren’t others - I would have learned to live with it and not bothered with the process. This was the one on the rear passenger door.

Ya I had a spot like that on one of the roll bars towards the rear. Not too noticeable unless you’re looking for it. I suppose you could try to warranty it but not sure how much of a fight it would be.

Mass production, don't expect perfection, although paint quality is much better than it was even 10 years ago.

I found a circular paint blotch on the driver side door today. It is perfectly circular and can only see if it light hits it a certain way. Not sure how it even happened. I did sit on the mountain for five months but would assume this was during the factory paint job.

I have some paint defects on mine. Nothing is perfect. At the end of the day it is a Bronco not a Bentley and those even have defects.

Good to know the Bronco doesn’t have a $5K+ paint job. I’ll be sure to look it over if I wash it this year.
