Vent noise when changing modes

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. When I change modes for air direction (dash to floor, etc.) there is a grinding/crunching noise. May be the blend doors? Anyone had this addressed under warranty?
2024 OBX 17K miles, just over 2 years old.
