If you have a trade-in, you pretty much have to drive it in to Granger Ford, right?

Yes

 (y) Thnx for all your posts.

You are most welcome

I've been an observer of these forums since mid July when i googled a picture of the Bronco and It led me here.

After getting sick and testing positive for Covid, I couldn't go back to work after I got well and tested negative for the illness; 3 1/2 weeks later.
So I had plenty of time to read the many infos here and many Youtube videos.
Though I finally registered here the other day.

I finally decided to go Bronco in the second week after the reveal (after a good amount of research of this and other different products), but I had to wait til a week later cause I didn't have money from being off work for so long (... how long is the wait from my spot in line ).

Welcome to the B6G family and the wait will be worth it...
As for COVID glad you are well now...
I have Acute asthma and scarred lungs so I do not want anything to do with that disease...

Or sell the trade to someone beforehand. Private party, Carmax, or Carvana.

When I got sick it was just an extended flu situation; they say it affects everyone different I suppose.

Usually if I get the flu I am past it in 1/3 the time it took to get past the time I got sick and tested
positive with covid (though the initial lead in was more terrible ).

I did have a relative on the east coast who is older and he landed in the ICU for a week; but his wife and son did not get sick.

Thanks for the reply and well wishes and stay well yourself  (y)

I will take note of those options.

If I can't pay off my car before delivery time (hopefully before or now this time of year) I may try to be a zero negative equity and use trade in value at the dealer be it at Team ... ... ... or maybe perhaps Granger Ford (y) (maybe a road trip is in order).

I have trouble with the colors too. I originally wanted Velocity Blue, but Cactus Grey and Area 51 look interesting too but I'd like to see them in person. I'm kind of leaning towards Cyber Orange at the moment though..lol
I also have some trouble with the colors provided when paired with the MIC roof.

I like darker colors and saw some versions of Carbonized grey (like a pic with a Bronco in the factory) and like that.
Though, when using the colorizer on the Ford website, some angles looked somewhat like an olive green; then I felt like changing my mind (it being some sort of render it could be off a bit).

Though Anti-matter blue is so freakin dynamic, I think this is my number 1 after seeing this thread:

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...co-paint-color-samples-inside-sun-shade.4088/

My ranking now is: Anti-matter blue, Carbonized grey, Iconic silver, and a back up is Shadow black (Rapid red is a wild card ... though I don't know if I want a red on my vehicle at this time; but such a nice deep looking red that is also dynamic in it's own way).

Now my other thought process is if I the below pic is what the Base trim 2 door (got from the Bronco page at Ford, 4 door looks Iconic silver) will look like with the painted steelies (... I guess I'm fine with any tire gap if the Base looks like this), does my paint choices work (for me) with the MIC roof and the wheels ... I'm kinda a stickler for aesthetics  (y).

I was hoping that if we could get enough people together, we might be able to convince a local dealer to offer similar pricing to Granger Ford. That would save us some money overall and boost the participating dealers Bronco sales. Which would make them more money.

Just look at what is going on with all the Granger love on this forum. Wouldn't a Vegas Ford dealer want something similar? Let's be honest, as nice as Iowa probably is, a Vegas weekend to pickup your Bronco and play in desert trails could be a lot more fun.

I don't think it's going to happen though, there doesn't seem to be very many active Vegas residents on this forum. When actual pricing starts happening, I'll see what Granger is offering and compare to what my dealer can offer, then see if the trip makes sense to me.
Count me in if you guys ask to do a group buy. I emailed team Ford Lincoln requesting Rich Spah thanks to this thread. He contacted me almost right away and seems eager to help me with this purchase. He seemed pretty legit so I'm happy.

Same. Cyber orange has my heart and I never thought I’d say that. But the first mustang I fell in love with as a kid was at a showroom and it was yellow with a black convertible top. So it just speaks to me. lol wish there was a grabber blue. I’d be all over it. Velocity blue is on my short list. Cactus grey is a maybe. I prefer bold colors on a car like this.
I don't see the advantage in going with Granger. Aren't they in Iowa? How much extra is shipping the vehicle here? Maybe fly out and drive it back? Not sure how this would work and I think It'd have to be significantly cheaper than anything I can get locally.

I just checked and Granger is 1480 miles from my house.
All figures are approximate.

I have my reservation with Friendly Ford (Las Vegas). I am switching to Granger Ford, (yes Iowa). My reasoning is, as of now, there is no guarantee of X pricing from Ford.

Shipping could save of about 1,073.00. 2,573.00 Granger savings on 4 door Wildtrak with (1,000 under invoice with no X plan) minus (1,500.00 “high price” for shipping).

If I were fly to Iowa (using points on SW) and decide to drive back and spend approximately 600.00 traveling expenses, my savings could be 2,573.00-600.00 $1,973.00.

Team confirmed they’re accepting X-Plan. Only model in question is First Edition, but that’s too rich for my blood anyway. Lol If that works for you, more power to you. Not sure why I was quoted in the reply, but I figured I’d let you know X-Plan is a thing on the Bronco. It’s a mass produced vehicle. Only limited run trims/models are at risk of not getting plan pricing from Ford.

I picked Friendly Ford for the reservation. I did get a call from Randy Block yesterday who will handle the Bronco accounts. He told me he has 400 reservations at the store so far.

Wow, that's a lot ... yet probably a small percentage of those people have found their way here.

... aren't people supposed to be contacted in December to order?

I would assume we would all see some right and some wrongs in that email.
This is the first time they've contacted me in the 2 months since I made my reservation. I told him I wasn't happy about that and he hasn't responded. Don't expect him to either. I'll probably end up switching to Granger at the end of the month.
