Clipping this from our Polk County Florida Bronco Page see if ya'll can assist. I know about 60% of you will hate the whole thing- but just looking for some help otherwise.
Clip:
Going to ask on here, and probably over at 6G site. I received our "Roary" vanity tag, which we plan to place where the Side Wildtrak sticker is, then move the sticker below it. That is really the only place it will fit, because the guy made it bigger than we expected. Assuming he could only get his machine to do the specialized Font I wanted at that size? Question is or scenario is this.: We put a piece of painters tape level on the Bronco where we wanted it(after we removed the badge), the issue is the convex line that runs horizontal at the top of the quarter panel, as you measure closer to the door the gap between it and the level painters tape is larger. So... Do we just go with the tape that is level, and it will look fine or... ?? Mind you, these letters are large... I'll post some pics and wait for any thoughts?

Thanks!

I would make the tape line parallel with the body line above it. If you're saying that line has convexity, I hadn't noticed and assumed it was straight. Making the tape line "bubble" level with gravity doesn't take into account any rake your Bronco may have front to back.

Stay true to the body line, not "level".
That way it will look "correct" no matter what you may do that affects the rake/height of the vehicle in the future.
