Are you at least on a train? Or awaiting shipment?
Well, I thought I was but the Bronco never showed up in the railcar when the train arrived so I have no idea where it's at. Trying to work on locating it currently.

So, todays edition of ā€œWhere Is Amy’s Broncoā€ā€¦ husband stops by dealership to check on any updates. Dealership says Ford says it’s at railyard, railyard says nope it’s not. Dealership acted content just waiting to see if it turns up.

I can’t check on my case until Monday. Hopefully I can get some GPS coordinates to locate it. So, send some good thoughts my way something happens Monday. I’d be super happy if it is somehow at the railyard, but I’m not holding my breath.

GPS Coordinates will not come from your bronco, they need to activate the modem in order to do that. They cannot activate the modem because it will mess with you as an owner, your Ford pass account, and your ability to receive points. The dealership should be able to see your rail car, and they can literally click on it in their back and system and see exactly where it is from the last posted stop. What is your last known point that it was tracked on rail? If not Ford chat is open on the weekends and can give you some updated info. I think they close early but either which way you don’t have to wait until Monday.

But, your dealership can see everything that the Ford phone number/chat would be able to see for marketing. They will be able to see info about rail, where it is currently, and the last posted rail point update. If they use vinview they will get text message notifications.

2022 2 door Base Sasquatch’d with the modular bumper and Aux Switches just under 38K. Best bang for the Buck in my book. The 2021 4 door Base Sasquatch’d with Aux switches was 39K with the Granger October deal.

The rail car arrived in OKC on Dec. 5th and was unloaded Dec. 6th, that railcar is long gone now. Bronco support shows "received" in OKC and can list the ramp #, but I'm not sure if that's the railcar that was received or the actual bronco itself. The railroad says the bronco is not there. I know my dealership called every week day from Dec 6 thru this past Tuesday checking for the Bronco, as they were going to go get it. I don't think they use VinView.

Bronco Support sent all this to an escalations team Thursday night and said to allow 48 hours, so Mo/Tu as business days.

Got it
Your zone rep can do more than escalation IF your dealership pressures them. Even if they don’t use VINVIEW the system that they normally use will allow tracking and updated info. They can also look in their system at your vin to see if it was sold to someone else…..

There's going to be lots of pressure this week to find out what's going on, even if I have to stage a sit-in at the dealership! lol

There's always the possibility that CSX changed railcars too, I guess. Not sure if you guys remember, but my railcar went "bad ordered" for a week before it actually left MAP. So, there's the possiblity the car changed and CSX didn't update it (although it's been almost 2 additional weeks for it to show up in OKC), or they unloaded my Bronco and it's sitting at MAP still.
