Delivered to the destination rail yard on the 1st and says empty released as of the 2nd. What does released to customer mean? Is it now sitting waiting for a truck to haul it 10min down the road or was it picked up?

Excited to see we are slowly getting the “shipped” Broncos.

Waiting to get picked up and trucked to the dealer. Mine has been sitting in Ft Worth almost a week. My dealer is 16 miles from the Rail Yard

No changes on my delivery dates of 9-15. Hopefully it’ll get unloaded and transported to the dealer before then. Would hate to see it sit at Richmond for a few days waiting for transport. Going to call my rep later to see if they got an eta for that shipment.

Richmond baby! I just checked and so for my ETA has not moved but I thought the only moved it once they didn't meet it.

Where you guys getting the whole unloaded release to customer thing? Is that still the CSX phone number? I just called and mine said it got into Richmond at 12:45 p.m. but it says loaded.

The app tracker is not showing my rail info... Ford said it is shipped. Cleared cookies kinda lost.

I don't think the rail part works. At least I've never heard of it reporting anything. Once it's actually shipped via train you have to use the phone number for CSX and your rail car number to get your updates.

When mine arrived at the final rail yard, my CSX updates were:
- Car TTGX... Arrived at <railyard>(5 days)
- Car TTGX... has been placed at customer location (1 day, assume ready to be picked up)
- Car TTGX... empty has been released by the customer (current status starting yesterday, hoping its on a truck)

I doubt magic will happen for me today, but possibly Mon?

PS it's at Alliance since Sun along with many of the DFW peeps

Bob Tomes; they've been really good to me, but also very cautious on predictions. They just parrot the Ford moving target ETA, so I get no read from them on this kind of stuff.

Catch 22. If you don't know the railcar number, how can you call CSX and give them the railcar number to get any information?

Your dealer or Ford Chat are your only options. Sometimes they can be stingy, other times they'll offer it right up.

You could try chat first, and if it doesn't work, maybe try calling and give them a sad story about how long you've been waiting

Finally at my local rail yard 10min from my dealer. here's to hoping they have trucks ready to load.
