Same here... Was a little bumed to see the Chicago has been bumped three days now.. but for some reason I find my frustration level much lower now that is out of MAP and Ford's hands.

Are we the same rail car? TTGX 704928
I am a different rail car but arrived at Willard ,OH at the same time this morning. Really hoping it won't take us 3 days to get to Chicago from there.

My railcar was in Conway, PA at 12:29 AM this morning. So it appears to be headed in the right direction for now. To those of you still in awaiting shipping limbo, getting a "shipped" notification does offer some sense of relief. I put the top brass at Ford on full blast via e-mail this past Tuesday. Not sure if it was coincidental, but my Bronco status moved to "In Transit" on Thursday. Either way, send those e-mails to Corporate because it will at least be cathartic for you while you wait!

Not sure if my email two weeks ago prompted the same movement, but at least there is some movement and we can “think” that we have been proactive enough to cause a stir! Who knows? There is a story behind us that we will probably never know!

You and some others I think are lucky that you had awaiting shipment status for a while. Mine has shown in transit since 9/30 and nobody could tell me a thing. Now it is actually on a train.

I had been emailing back and forth with a corporate contact for 3 weeks. I honestly think all she did was update me to the new ETA dates each time (that I saw on the backdoor link) and that's it. She was not the one that got things rolling for me...she told me she couldn't escalate it to anyone.

As late as Wednesday, I was fed up and considered walking too. I knew just as soon as I did, my Bronco would be shipped and I'd be more PO'ed. This whole process has been ridiculous.

Day 50 awaiting shipment. Day 68 since blend (9/12). Dealer says there is nothing they can do to expedite it. My Bronco was in that suspiciously large group of builds that moved to ‘built’ on the last day of the 3rd quarter. Getting myself into the mindset that delivery will likely be sometime next year.

@Trieck32 and I were the week after you. Finally we have rail car info. Maybe they’re clearing out the back rows of the lot finally.

Have you ever had rail car info? It’s likely you moved to a false shipper status like a lot of people but have been stuck in purgatory with everyone else waiting on shipment.

Nope, there has never been any rail information available. I believe you are correct. Been built since 8/30, why switch to shipped if it's just going to sit there?

The more we investigate the more we realize nobody has a clue what’s happening. I swear it’s like all of our builds got dumped in a lot because chip shortage and hen were stuck way in the back. As newer ones got completed they got parked in front of ours and we just sat because rail cars kept getting filled up.
Now it feels like they’re trying to push out the remaining MY22s before most of the MY23s go out so we are finally seeing movement.

Spot on. There’s also a significant chip hold for a lot of builds in November so those builds can’t be shipped right out.

So it looks like a bunch of us who shipped recently might be/are on the same train, just checked the status and it left Willard Ohio and bound for Garrett Indiana, projected to be in Chicago on monday 8:45am allegedly... some movement is better than no movement

Honestly, I think that we are trading sitting at the MAP for sitting in a rail car that really isn’t moving efficiently.

As I posted earlier, speaking with my dealer, they have stated that nearly every shipment that they’ve ever tracked coming from MAP takes roughly 5 days to get to us at our Richmond California rail yard. It took us five days just to get to Ohio, and now it’s going to take us another three days to get to Chicago. it seems absurd that there is this type of delay when others who are tracking their vehicles on other build dates, are receiving their Broncos via rail within 3 to 5 days.

My dealer recently tracked seven broncos, one of which was his own raptor. The other six were stock dealer Broncos. All of these took five days to get from MAP. I think Ford just simply mandated out lost broncos to get on rail because of the amount of visibility of this shipping thread on the forum.

There’s a much bigger story here we will never know..
