They signed a buyers order with a stated trade in value so yeah. I was very clear in asking what happens if it takes until march. They said that would be there problem to figure out.

They would have a tough time busting my balls as my dad runs the service department there so can't imagine they'd be be willing to piss him off over a few thousand anyways.

But yeah who knows. I was pretty skeptical
That's awesome. I wish I could get some deal like that. My Wrangler has depreciated 5-10k from a year ago. But honestly I have no plans to trade it in right now. I'm keeping it until I'm sure the Bronco is not a 🍋

Hell my Ranger has depreciated a ton since I let my dad buy my actual order back in May. To think I could have been driving that Bronco for the last six months is a bummer. But my dad has modded it to hell and loves the thing so meh. THis Bronco that is waiting to be shipped is his order from way back when.

Yeah I am all in now. If mine is a lemon or gets totaled I make a few thousand off of that because of getting under MSRP with D plan.

If that happens I just go buy something that I can put a ton of miles on for work and pay cash.

I ordered 3/15/2021, build week 9/12, blend 9/16 and built on 9/29. Since then, at least 6 ship date changes and still waiting for any movement. Dealership has no reason for delay, but said they are "confident" it will be in this month... I don't have the same confidence they do, so reached out to Ford Leadership team from earlier post in this thread and received a phone call last night from Ford. They apologized for the delays and lack of information. She said she called and "escalated" to Ford shipping and is hoping to hear back in a day or two... She then said they are averaging about 6 weeks from built to delivered, so expects mine to be heading out soon... At least they read the email and had someone from their " Ford Executive Offices" call me, so fingers crossed it may

I am really trying to stay with this, really getting frustrated with Ford, but this Bronco looks like so much fun...

They are disconnected from the issue we are experiencing. To them it does not exist. Anything we are told is based on the typical experience of getting on a train within a week. Until you ship all info is bullshit.

If anyone here has a price protection certificate in SmartVincent, I was just told by customer support that mine expires on 12/31/22. If I don't take delivery until after the new year, there may be a way for the dealer to apply for an "exception" so I can still redeem the certificate, but I'm not holding my breath. Good times!

There had better be a way for the dealer to apply for an exception. The dealer told me that I should get my price protection checks in a 5-6 weeks after "purchasing".

If there is not a way for them to apply for an exception then man oh man are we getting the shit stick twice over. Pretty interesting that every piece of info we get seems to be different depending on who we ask.

anyone else in the Carolinas? perhaps we can sub contract a carrier to pickup and deliver? I called my dealer today to ask an ETA, and was told 11/13. last eta was 11/9, but my status is still awaiting shipment.

At this point I feel like it would be faster to apply for a job @Ford Motor Company, go through screening, get hired, fly to MAP, load my bronco on a damn train, and walk off the jobsite. It is clear they do not care about our sub population.

I feel like this logistics nightmare, will be the stuff of research papers for a decade. My dealer has now had 3 blue Sticker dealer orders on the lot all produced after my blend date, and my 3 week later built date.
My Everglades is in the same boat as yours (build date 9/30) and still waiting. My latest delivery window is 11/8 - 11/14, and I have yet to see any movement or rail info on the order tracker app. My son's Bronco got here much faster, so I don't get it with these delays.

I feel like there is a large concentration of us that were delayed built in the 9/30 window.

I emailed all the same people with concerns and even linked this page showing how frustrated customers are and that there is a problem they aren't aware of.
I did get a response back from "corporate" also that she would look into my concerns but then a day later came back with another scripted response.
"Support advises that the vehicle is released from the plant and will ship as soon as possible. I will continue to monitor and advise of any updates as they become available."

Everyone keep emailing them so maybe someone some where will notice.
I do recommend keeping it mature and professional, I wouldn't be sending an email bad mouthing and cussing at them, that will probably go in the delete folder.

I sent emails to them got a response and provided them additional info. That was three weeks ago now.

9/29 here too! I've already emailed and did get a reply, but it hasn't really helped as of yet. I feel like the rep is just watching the dates change over and over like I am.
