Day 51 and my status is still "Released & Awaiting Shipment". Some of the Customer Support people tell me that the Delivery ETA is when it will arrive at my dealer at others tell me that's the date when it will leave MAP. What a joke!
ETA is Estimated arrival at the Dealership. The problem is that date does not mean Sh*t until the vehicle is shipped. They will keep updating with fictitious dates. Maybe one day you will get shipped. It is comical that no one can tell us why we have not been.

Seems like a failing business model to employ a "Customer Support" team that are unable to provide any meaningful answers and are there just to redirect you to the dealers who also have no information.
The greatest interaction I ever had with Ford customer service was when I nailed a deer with my Ranger and it ended up in the body shop for three months. During this time I reached out to them to see if anything could be done to find the missing parts.

They responded and gave me the PERSONAL number of the service director. The service director of the dealership I use is my father.

WOW! I think my latest round of e-mails to the top brass at Ford is gaining some traction. I just got a phone call from the Bronco Support Team regarding the logistics inquiry from a couple weeks ago. I'm blown away that they actually called me back after Customer Support told me that it would not be done. I'm still awaiting shipment at MAP and my new delivery ETA is: November 13th. We'll see if that date sticks. My fingers are crossed!

Anyone heading on rail to Denver shipping yard? I’m waiting on shipping. 10/18 build.
I'm in Denver and have been waiting since August 20...............no confident ETA with having been pushed out six times now with a new delivery window. Today is day 61 for me, I believe.

Wow, you found out who your dad is from Ford? That is a great story.

Yeah I tried getting in touch with the people over at Disney but they said it wasn't movie material. I strongly disagreed.

I am waiting to hear from the contact who sent me an email on Wednesday. Hopefully our efforts will shed some light on the situation.

Dam. I was given an eta from Ford of 11/5-11/11 for arrival at dealer. Maybe we may be on the same train?

May favorite line from Ford Chat is "I advise reaching out to your dealer as they will have the most updated info on your order". I also love how pending on who you chat with the ETA time frame is either when it leaves the plant or when it arrives at dealership. 4 people have all told me something different. I'm only a week so far waiting shipment and feel like I will be in for the long haul. I'm not looking forward to seeing 23 models passing me on the road while I wait for a 22 to be delivered.

And of course we're all thinking about the looming possibility of a railroad strike middle of next month.....

The last two emails I got said delivery window is Oct. 23 to 29, I believe. However, my dealer's Ford rep. said that best ETA he could find was Nov. 11. At this point it is all just speculation and bullshit..........it'll get here when it gets here. I stopped holding my breath. Another B6G member in the Springs was built more than two weeks after me and had theirs delivered already. I don't believe in others speculation about needing a full rail car to this part of the country. Fords are everywhere in Colorado be it SUVs, pickups, whatever.........no good reason I don't have my Bronco at this point.

Howdy, have you locked in your financing yet? I heard there will be another rate hike in November.

I plan on going in to lock it today after dealer checks their internal system for Bronco status. Interest rate lock is only good for 30 days. Hopefully doesn’t take that long.

From what I'm seeing on here I don't feel comfortable locking in a rate for thirty days. I honestly don't think It will arrive by then.

I made the mistake of already do this. Will have to deffer trade my truck and lock up financing by 11/15. It will likely end up with me paying two car payments and making my wife drive 100% of places.

Hum. I might just have them wait to submit the papers until they know it shipped. Maybe have them wait a week or so.
