I spoke with Customer Service this morning and for the first time ever, the agent kindly offered to escalate to logistics for review. She said that this request can only be made once and that she will personally call me within the next few days with the response from logistics once their review is complete. I have been "Built" and "Awaiting Shipment" since August 30th. After 3 missed delivery ETA's, I've been"pending update" for an entire week. So hopefully that means my rig got loaded onto a railcar. Next time you call, request to escalate to logistics.Just got off the phone with ford customer care to ask what the hell is going on, to which of course they have nothing to provide, given the run around of "there are multiple factors that could be at play why your bronco has not shipped yet". Right as I got off the phone with them, my friend sent me a screenshot of his THIRD bronco this year got pulled for production...

I was given a Case # a few weeks ago and no one from Ford ever followed up, so I'm not too optimistic that the logistics team will be helpful. I tried to activate my Bronco via the FordPass Connect App which needs to be accepted on the display inside the vehicle. It was denied last week, which means someone at MAP was actually inside my Bronco. Aside from that little glimmer of hope, Ford Customer Service has offered no insight into what might be causing the delay. I waiting on an updated just means their system hasnt updated to your current status. Their system uodates regularly even if you dont move into a different status perse. My atatus updated very quickly when my 4 different etas changed. Recently, my status was taking 4-5 days to update with no eta and then boom, i was shipped.2022 Wildtrack with MIC hardtop

As of today, still "awaiting shipping". Dealer said likely two more weeks, but not holding my breath after reading this thread. No apparent chip issues, but was vaguely told it's "waiting on an update", whatever that means... Hopefully it doesn't take more than a day to make the 45 mile trip to my dealer after it ships.
Also... Ford's tracking page now says " We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN." The whole process has been a joke. Between the 6 month delay for hard top option and dealer removing my tow package (without my consent) due to "parts shortages", I'm ready for this to be over. Hoping it's worth the wait and $60K price tag.

I’ve noticed some browsers don’t show the updated ETA whereas others will. My safari stopped showing the updates about 4 weeks ago, however, I downloaded chrome and it pops right up with the same web address.I’m wondering about that as well.
