Thanks. I plan on going that route as well if I get any pushback from the dealership.

I got almost right from my dealer, except they are adding only $2395 from 2021 transition offer, but my order is from March 17th 2021, which technically should award me $3220 for my Badlands 4 door. Anyone with the same issue?

Ultimately depends when your order was submitted by your dealer and acknowledged by Ford, which may not necessarily be the same day that you submitted the order with the dealer.

Shows 3/17 at Ford website. Just got an email from the dealer. They fixed the issue and will make it right.

I am in a similar boat here to many I've read on recent pages of the thread. My dealer is unwilling to acknowledge the retail price protection program and will only tell me "we don't see anything" when asking for a copy of the dealer payment statement. I've sent multiple emails demonstrating my knowledge of the existence of the program along with the memos highlighting the specific amounts that I qualify for. I've got to take this to the next level, it has been over 60 days and I am due over $4,000. Can anyone suggest a contact at Ford or elsewhere where I can prove to the dealer they received the price protection amounts from Ford?

See my post from 6/14. The links to the folks to email is on page 22 I believe. Note that ftoney came back as undeliverable so no need to include him. As for an update, I got a phone call yesterday morning from my liaison saying she has assigned my case to one of her teams and they will be contacting my dealership. She said I should expect to have a resolution in the next couple of days, so maybe by Monday. I will update this thread when they contact me. Oh, my Bronco is still showing as in production. Been that way since 6/13. I understand this is not unexpected at this time as they are putting them all though thorough QC checks. Or so I have heard.

I am trying to finalize my final OTD pricing in advance (less tax), best I can as my produced Bronco sits at the factory waiting for transport for 69 days and counting from build date. Any guidance on proper calculation is sincerely appreciated. Have a few pricing scenarios below based on the various information I've read across threads. Hopefully I am somewhat on the right track o_O

  • Black Diamond Mid Hardtop 2.7L 8/11/20 - Original Reservation
  • April 2021 - Reservation cancelled without my permission when I tried to transfer/switch dealers per Ford corporate/marketing guidance/procedure. Was refunded the $100. Tried everything and wasn't able to reinstate unfortunately.

  • Black Diamond Mid Hardtop 2.7L DORA 2/25/22 - $45,098-3%= $43,745.06
  • Badlands Advanced High Hardtop 2.7L DORA 9/24/22 - ($54,685.80) $50,732.80-$653 MIC–3% under invoice= $48,577.41 - $2,500 MIC Constraint Removal - $235 Sub Delete= $45,842.41 (calculated for 2/25/22 prices)
  • Badlands Advanced High Hardtop 2.7L DORA 10/3/22 - $54,788.80-$653 MIC-$235 Sub Delete-3% under invoice= $52,283.78 - $2,395 PPC = $49,888.78 - $2,500 MIC = $47,388.78
  • Badlands Advanced High Soft Top 2.7L DORA 2/24/23 - $55332.40-3% - $2,395 PPC = $51,277.43 - $2,500 MIC = $48,777.428 (MAX)
  • Window Sticker, 4/18/23 Build Week - $57,375.00

Notes:
  • Dealer Agreement: Ford Price Protection for original order date of February 25, 2022
  • 3% Under invoice + tax/tags & $422 PA doc fee
  • Column B Price Protection
  • 2/24/23 Removed MIC Hardtop sins at threat of if it didn't get built as MY23 I'd loose all price protection. I held strong till the weekend before and caved.
  • Hopefully I've made some sense of: Price Protection Certificate (PPC), Private Cash Offer (PCO), $2,500 mod offer for removing hardtop (2/24/23 for 3/7/23 deadline), and any other certificates. Want to ensure I have my nomenclature correct to avoid back and forth once delivered to the dealer.
  • I didn't change from Black Diamond Mid to Badlands Advanced High until the MY23 transition order banks opened and followed that process. All other options and accessories remained the same.
  • Confirmed on a few different calls with Ford Marketing my Bronco is indeed produced and awaiting transport.
  • VIN: 7177
Sincerely Appreciated 🙏

Which invoice price are they agreeing to?? The original order?? The original 2023 order?? The invoice price of the vehicle that arrives??

Anyway... if you ignore the whole 3% under invoice deal, it comes out to the following:
  • Private Offers
    • Price Protection: $1,995
    • Constraint Removal: $2,500
  • Retail Price Protection:
    • Feb Price Increase: $1,500
    • Mar Price Increase: $0
    • Apr Price Increase: $0
$57,375 - $5,995 = $51,380

BUT... the whole "3% under invoice" portion is entirely dependent on the exact deal you made with your dealer. Some dealers are saying 3% under invoice, period—the private offers you receive are irrelevant. Other dealers (like Granger, I believe) are saying $2000 under invoice of the original 2023 order plus private offers from Ford. A dealer local to me is doing 1% under invoice of the vehicle that arrives.

Either way... it is completely outside of Ford's normal pricing structure... so can't really help you there.

Looks like you have a Chapman Deal.

I was a Feb 21 reservation holder with Chapman and they honored everything to the penny -- closed my deal in mid-May remotely from TX. With that being said, they didn't talk final pricing until the Bronco showed up with the invoice.

I didn't have any of the cancellations or trim changes, 2 door BL from the beginning. I don't know how all of the above impacts your Ford Private Certificates. Regardless I recommend you call Ford and get your certificate numbers and amounts.

With respect to the MY 23 price increases believe that is termed Retail Price Protection and is an internal process.

There was some minor confusion with my Price Protection that I resolved with the GM. I found out that Chapman had two programs, one was 3% under ordered DORA invoice and later they changed to 3% under FINAL invoice. My DORA emails from them spelled out the program I was in so simple fix.

Anyway, the folks on the floor are just moving metal -- lots of it -- and aren't too familiar with everyones situation. If it doesn't look right reach out to Steven W and he will tell you the straight skinny and fix it if it needs fixing.

Thank you @RagnarKon for the detailed response, sincerely appreciated!

From Chapman's email disclaimers, it looks like the 3% under invoice is applied to what Stellantis/Ford invoices them at the time the vehicle is produced, then any private offers and retail price protection is subtracted. Since it is based on the production invoice, would I also qualify for the March and April price increases?
  • Private Offers
    • Price Protection: $1,995
    • Constraint Removal: $2,500
  • Retail Price Protection:
    • Feb Price Increase: $1,500
    • Mar Price Increase: $?
    • Apr Price Increase: $?
Also curious of the "new" invoice price based off my 4/18/23 window sticker since all my prior DORAs were before the price increases.

From Ford's perspective, you qualify for protection from both the March and April price increases.

BUT, 4-door Badlands trim didn't see any price increases for March or April. So doesn't matter.

2/1/2021 2dr Badlands Order with Mod Top
11/2/2021 PC99 to wait for Mod Top in MY2023
9/23/2022 Updated order to Heritage Edition for MY23 - Received order confirmation with PC10

Just called Ford Customer Service and they can't find any certificates for my order.

The CS agent was very nice and helpful, said that when my dealer put in my order, they might not have noted that it was a transition order from a previous year.
He told me to call my dealer and talk with a sales manager or finance manager to see if they could find it.

FYI: Horror story. Danvers Ford sold my Bronco to someone else (Massachusetts)

7/14/20 reservation (4D First Edition)
10/30/21 Wildtrack, MIC, Sasquatch, ordered for 22MY (eventually converted to 23MY)
5/22/23 Bronco arrived! Went back and forth on private offer and financing
6/19/23 Finally confirmed private offer of $3,620
6/19/23 Began a back-and-forth on price protection, dealer said they'd look into it
6/22/23 Dealer sold my car to another customer without even a heads-up 😭🤬

I can't even describe how upset I am. I am filing a consumer complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Three years of waiting and poof. Gone. Just because I wanted a fair price.

Can someone tell me how much in total I'm qualified? Kinda in an urgent situation because the dealer wants me to pick up the car tomorrow (arrived today).
According to the chart, I hit columns B, C, D, and DD but I'm totally unsure if I interpreted this correctly.

Ordered: 2/1/2022 (2dr WT, LUX)
Transition: 8/4/2022
Restriction take-off: 2/24/2023 (2dr BL, HI, non-sas)
Built: 6/22/2023
At the dealership: 7/3/2023

Update:
Ended up only walking out with Columns B and DD. The dealer insisted that columns C and D (retail price protection) were replaced by Column B (private offer). I knew this isn't right but I didn't want to risk losing my vehicle to someone else, and they offered a very generous price for the trade-in so yeah.
