Well, I’m about 1 week and 300 miles in. As a GM and former Jeep guy this rig has exceed my expectations. I’ll elaborate later. For now, here’s what I’ve done so far.

I have same Thule bike rack. Did you need to get the extender to make it work or will it still work without an extension? I also have dirtbike rack I use...thanks

I got this extender. It's the perfect length.

I wanted to do an overnight fishing trip so I went ahead and built a sleeping platform. Now I just need to wrap it in upholstery once it comes in. I plan to just throw it in whenever I go on a trip.

I am about to build something similar. What dims is this platform? Anything you would have changed? I am going to be doing a lot of overnight surfing and camping trips and would love to be able to sleep in the car. Also did you lay down in it? Did you have to lay diagonally?

Over all 37" deep x 41-3/4" wide plus take out for the tailgate bump in. It fits with seats up at regular position or down. Very comfortable sleeping with back seats down and the front seats moved forward.

I went on a quick 30 hour NC fishing trip. The bronco performed great and the sleeping platform worked out pretty good. I got 20.5 mpg 300 miles round trip in eco mode. I’m not much of a mpg guy but that’s pretty impressive.

I finally got around to upholstering my platform. It turned out great.

I added a JCR tailgate table. Pretty nice unit. No drill install and molle panel back was a big plus.

Full OEM skid plate package on order, 4 door base sasquatch has nothing

Once I see something I like:
Bumpers
Steel frame mounted sliders that also act as a step
On board air
Winch
Pillar mount trail lights
Bumper mount amber fog lights
Door cart, I may just make one

Maybe/probably after warranty:
Adjustable coil overs
Wheels and 37s
