Tree Sap/Cotton

Two questions for the group:

1. Anyone experience heavy cotton falling on your soft top Bronco? Just curious if it clings to it easily and any tips for removing it?
2. Tree sap on soft top - Any tips for removal? It’s bad enough on a hardtop vehicle. I imagine a soft top is even worse.

I get a lot of hard water/sap down here, I use 303 and its great. Haven't tried the protectant but I did use a petroleum based waterproofing protectant used for boat and bimini tops, works great.
