My son has the above Bronco and has the wiring and hitch installed. He recieved a school almamater cover and plugged it in. Now his side view mirrors don't show approching cars unless when he starts the car he turns off the message that shows a trailer is hooked up. Any idead how to turn...this off so when he starts the Bronco, the on coming cars from the rear does not turn off?? Any help is appreciated

Unplug the hitch cover. The trailer module thinks a trailer is connected. You'll have to run different power lines for the light if you want to use it.
