Tracker dilema

Tracker previously showed my BD as being built on 6/28/23 and waiting for shipment but now reports at order confirmed status. I was able to see the window sticker before but it is gone too.
This is disconcerting. Is it normal?

I'm told that happens right before it changes to shipped status...
Waiting for the same status change myself...

Weekends aren't a good time to check statuses on Ford systems. Most of their software updates, batch processing of data occur during the weekends...which usually means their systems aren't available.
