TPMS and Colby Valve Stems

Howdy, my valve stem has a tiny hole in it and needs replaced. I was thinking of installing one of my spare Colby valve stems. If I pull the old valve stem out will the TPMS still work if I put a Colby Valve stem on it? Or will the TPMS fall into the tire and bounce around until I take it to a tire shop?

The valve stems are secured to the sensor with a small torx bolt. As long as the replacement stem is the same style that fits the Ford tpms, you'll be good.

Thanks. The Colby stems are ment to be installed from the outside without removing tire. So the old valve stem has to be pulled out with pliers from the outside and then you screw on the Colby stem.
