Touchscreen is black, no radio

2022 Big Ben w about 16k miles. This morning screen/radio were fine. Drove this afternoon and touchscreen is black. Tried again a few hours later and still black. I see some older post re this issue but any standard resolution or do i have to take to dealer? Thanks

1. Check fuse. If memory serves it's 20 amp fuse—info should be in the manual.
2. Remove negative terminal from battery, wait 30 seconds and then reattach. See if that works.
3. Perform SYNC Reset
   1. Hold down the Power button (on the volume knob) and the Seek Right button for 10 seconds.
   2. If it works, SYNC screen should kick back on.

If none of that works... dealer will probably have to troubleshoot it. Should be covered by the 3-year / 36k mile factory warranty as long as your 3-years aren't up.
