With no soft top availability for the 2 door I have been considering changing to a four door with a soft top. Now to keep it around the same cost, I am also considering going 2.3/MT. Maybe, just maybe, this is what Ford wants us to do. I am not calling it a conspiracy, lol, but a underhanded marketing strategy IMO.

Keep your 2 door don’t settle man. I see to many people willing to alter there builds for something they don’t want just to get this thing quicker and in my opinion it’s not worth it get the 2 door you wanted instead of having regrets later down the road

If Webasto and whoever else can’t get the job done in a reasonable amount of time which they obviously haven’t been able to do so far then Ford needs to kick them to the curb and find somebody who can.

I happen to agree with you. Can't blame this all on Covid. IMO, Ford should maybe consider doing more in-house production of parts and carry more parts on hand too.

I totally get what You're saying. I was there myself a few weeks ago. I got my order in a couple hours into the first night, but I also have four out of four of the delay items on my build, so I am in total limbo as to when (or if) this thing will show up. I think you just have to lower your expectations a bit. It's a thing you're going to own and enjoy for a long time to come, so just hang in there. Maybe don't come back and read these threads as often and go do something else that makes you happy. Those things at least helped me.

They definitely have around here a bit, but I don't believe it is as bad as it feels. Yes the top issues suck and the 'deadly sins' suck but all it will take is one bronco making it into a customer's hands (especially someone from the forum) and this place will light up like Christmas.

But that still won’t put one in my garage until 22.
