The Bronco pickup I'd want

Messing around with the 1/18 scale die cast model and stumbled on this configuration. Back seat delete and chop top (it's safe, right?). Also tried it with rear mount spare delete, but i think it looks better as-is.

Now back to waiting...

Yeah, the proportions would probably look even better with a 6' bed, too.

How about the 2 door length but the rear end is modified with a tailgate that is near the full width of the bed, now imagine a slide out box with its own tailgate. Make it heavy duty enough for a real load and you are set. Something like pickup bed extenders but much better. Also throw in a fold and tumble back seat, and you are set. Jack of all trades, master of vehicles. Now we need a a V8 and a 1/2 ton rear with load assist air suspension and we are set.
